Partial commerce related outage

We experienced a partial service outage due to a database failover issue, which resulted in the loss of index statistics. As a consequence, some commerce-related services were temporarily impacted.
The issue was automatically detected immediately, and service was fully restored after the affected indexes were rebuilt successfully.
No customer action is required. Any pending or in-progress orders are being processed automatically by the system.
Our support and operations teams are actively monitoring the environment and are working extended shifts to address any residual or follow-up issues.
We are working closely with AWS to identify the root cause and to implement preventive measures to ensure this issue—and similar scenarios—do not recur.
